By booking a tour, activity, or package through Christmas Holiday Tours—either online or with one of our agents—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Role of Christmas Holiday Tours

Christmas Holiday Tours acts as a booking facilitator for tours, activities, and events operated by licensed, third-party vendors.
When you make a reservation on our website, you are entering into a direct agreement with the vendor that provides your experience.

For packages or custom bookings (including flights, hotels, or bundled tours), we act as a travel agent, arranging services on your behalf through independent providers. Our role is to coordinate and confirm your selected experiences, but we do not operate the tours ourselves.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Each vendor is solely responsible for delivering the tour or activity you have booked.

  • Vendors maintain their own cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies, which are displayed during checkout.
  • All vendors are licensed, insured, and authorized to operate in their respective regions.
  • Vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including applicable safety and insurance requirements.

3. Guest Responsibilities

By booking through our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
  • Arrive on time at the designated meeting point listed in your confirmation email.
  • Follow all instructions from your guide or tour operator.
  • Comply with safety rules, park regulations, and local laws.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in denial of service without refund.

4. Payments

  • Payments for standard tours are processed directly by the vendor using their secure payment system.
  • Payments for packages or custom bookings are processed by Christmas Holiday Tours through trusted payment providers.
  • All pricing, taxes, and fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
  • Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Tours: Vendor-specific cancellation and refund policies apply. Review all terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
  • Packages & Custom Bookings: Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs cancellations and refunds. Most cancellations require 72–96 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the provider or financial institution.

6. Liability

Participation in tours, activities, or travel arrangements is voluntary and at your own risk.
Christmas Holiday Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or irregularity caused by third-party vendors, service providers, or natural conditions.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as illness, weather disruptions, or cancellations.

7. Changes to Itineraries

Vendors may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational concerns.
While we do our best to communicate changes promptly, Christmas Holiday Tours is not responsible for alterations beyond our control.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy.
Your personal information is collected, stored, and shared only as necessary to complete your reservation and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By booking, you consent to the secure transfer of relevant details to your selected tour operator or partner for fulfillment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, with jurisdiction in the state of Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.
