Holiday At The Farm is a celebration of tradition and togetherness at 1870 Farm in Chapel Hill. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by glittering lights, holiday music, and the aroma of hot cider. Children rush to meet Santa and his cheerful helpers while parents watch the farm come alive with laughter and joy. Spend the day crafting in the Elf Workshop, meeting animals in festive attire, and enjoying seasonal treats by the fire. Explore the Apothecary to create handmade gifts or pan for gems with elves at the holiday mine. It’s a place where every corner sparkles with Christmas spirit and every moment feels like a scene from a storybook. As the sun sets, join a snowball fight or walk beneath the twinkling trees with a cup of cocoa in hand—this is holiday magic at its best.
Itinerary
- 9:45 AM – Check in at 1870 Farm entrance
- 10:00 AM – Meet Santa and enjoy photos
- 10:30 AM – Elf Workshop craft session
- 11:00 AM – Visit the animals and festive farm village
- 11:30 AM – Enjoy hot cider and family snowball fun
- 12:00 PM – Farewell and holiday gift shop

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in. Follow signs to onsite parking. Most activities are outdoors.
