After a morning of sightings, enjoy lunch at the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s restaurant, Palate, overlooking the Elk Refuge. Wander through galleries filled with historic and contemporary works celebrating wildlife and conservation. The afternoon concludes with a peaceful horse-drawn sleigh ride across the National Elk Refuge, where thousands of elk gather during the winter months.
