Make your holiday season unforgettable with the Reindeer Encounter + Day Pass at The Reindeer Farm! This unique 30-minute experience lets you meet Santa’s real reindeer up close, learn about their habits, and capture magical photos right inside the pen. Friendly farm staff share fun facts and guide you through safe, hands-on interaction with the animals. Afterward, enjoy unlimited access to the farm’s festive activities—play holiday games, ride the Reindeer Express, visit other animals, and relax by the fire with free wine tastings for adults. It’s an enchanting day of family fun and Christmas wonder!
Itinerary
- 8:45 AM – Arrive and check in at 2541 Old Union Church Rd, Bowling Green, KY
9:00 AM – Join your scheduled 30 - 9:30 AM – Take photos and meet the handlers
10:00 AM – Explore the farm’s animal areas and indoor playground
11:00 AM – Enjoy holiday games, karaoke, and food truck treats
2:00 PM – Ride the Reindeer Express or relax by the fire
4:30 PM – Last farm activities before closing at 5 PM
Price & Availability
$40 per person (ages 3+); toddlers 2 & under free.
Encounters available Fri–Sat 9 AM–5 PM, Sun 11 AM–5 PM.
Special hours Dec 22–23 & Dec 26 (11 AM–5 PM).
Encounters are limited to 25 guests per group—book early!
72-hour reschedule policy; no refunds for missed time slots.
Food & Drink
Farm food truck with hot meals, snacks, and desserts; free wine tasting for adults daily.
Instructions
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled encounter for check-in. Free on-site parking available.
Restrictions
Encounters take place outdoors; paths are gravel and may be uneven. Strollers and car seats not allowed inside the pen.

Guests drive directly to The Reindeer Farm; transportation not provided.
