Description
Celebrate the season aboard the Santa Express at Stone Gables Estate! This 45-minute narrated train ride aboard the Harrisburg, Lincoln & Lancaster Railroad features holiday music, festive décor, and a visit from Santa himself. Children receive a small gift as the train passes through twinkling scenes and over a new 400-foot wooden trestle. Guests can stop at Santa’s Toy Shop, take family photos, and enjoy the expanded route. Your ticket also includes complimentary access to the Christmas Village at Ironstone Ranch on select days—a perfect pairing for a full day of holiday fun.
Itinerary
- 8:45 AM – Arrive and check in at 1160 North Market St., Elizabethtown, PA
9:00 AM – Depart aboard the Santa Express Train
9:15 AM – Sing along to holiday tunes as you ride past festive displays
9:30 AM – Stop at Santa’s Toy Shop and meet St. Nick for photos and gifts
9:45 AM – Return to station; visit Christmas Village (select dates)
Price & Availability
$20 per person Monday–Friday; $25 Saturday and holidays.
Children 2 and under ride free on a parent’s lap.
Trains depart hourly 9 AM–4 PM.
Open select dates Nov 21–Dec 23, 2025.
Tickets non-refundable; full refund only if canceled due to weather.

Snacks and drinks available for purchase near the boarding area; no food or drink onboard train.
Instructions
Enter at 1160 North Market St., Elizabethtown, PA. Arrive 15–20 minutes early for parking and boarding.
Restrictions
Train is not wheelchair accessible. Strollers welcome on the property but cannot board train cars.
Transportation
Transportation not provided. Guests drive directly to the train entrance at Brittany’s Hope.
